BARBEX SMOKING PELLETS CAN BE USED ON ANY TYPE OF BBQ GRILL

TRANSFORM YOUR GAS GRILL INTO A SMOKER!

  1. Wrap pellets into aluminum foil to create a pouch (1-2 cups, 1/2 lb) or use a smoker box
  2. Pierce small holes into the top of the pouch
  3. Place pouch directly onto the heat source and  preheat your grill
  4. Wait 5 minutes once your grill has reached the  desired temperature
  5. Cook your meat with cover closed
  6. After smoking, safely dispose of the pellet embers
