- Wrap pellets into aluminum foil to create a pouch (1-2 cups, 1/2 lb) or use a smoker box
- Pierce small holes into the top of the pouch
- Place pouch directly onto the heat source and preheat your grill
- Wait 5 minutes once your grill has reached the desired temperature
- Cook your meat with cover closed
- After smoking, safely dispose of the pellet embers
